How do I log on to my email account?

You will be redirected to webmail main page where you have access to Horde, Roundcube, and SquirrelMail webmail software.

Click one to open webmail interface to your email. From the webmail main page you can do the following:
- Change email password
- Set up email filters
- Get email server configuration
- Configure email forwarders: Forwarders allow you to send a copy of all mail from one email address to another. For example, if you have two different email accounts, and, you could forward to so that you do not need to check both accounts. Note that the forwarded mail will still be delivered to the original address as well.
- Configure auto responders: You can use auto responders to send a message back automatically to anyone who sends an email to a specified account. This can be useful for times when you are on vacation or unavailable, or if you have a generic message that you wish to send from a support email address.

How do I access my email via Android?

You can set up POP or IMAP e-mail on an Android mobile phone or other Android device. First log into the webmail main page. Next click the "Configure Mail Client" link. This will take you to a page that displays your email server settings.

Now that your settings are displayed grab your cell phone.

  1. 1. From the home screen, tap Applications > Settings > Accounts > Add account > Email.
  2. 2. On the Incoming settings screen, in the Protocol drop-down menu, select IMAP or POP3. We suggest you select IMAP because it supports more features.
  3. 3. In the Email address and Username text boxes, enter your full e-mail address, for example, and then select Next. Your user name is the same as your e-mail address.
  4. 4. In the Password text box, enter your password.
  5. 5. In the IMAP server or POP3 server text box, enter your IMAP or POP server name. You can find this information in the open window with email server settings.
  6. 6. In the Security type drop-down menu and Server port text boxes, specify the POP or IMAP settings that you looked up in step 5, and then tap Next. Your e-mail application will check your IMAP or POP settings.
  7. 7. On the Outgoing server settings screen, the Login required option should be selected for you, and the Username and Password text boxes should be filled in.
  8. 8. In the SMTP server text box, enter the SMTP server name you looked up in step 5.
  9. 9. In the Security type drop down menu and Server port text box, specify the SMTP settings that you located in step 5, and click Next.
  10. 10. In the Account name, text box, enter a name your account (for example “Business email”). In the Your name text box, enter the name you want displayed when you send e-mail to others (for example “Tony Smith”), and then select Finish Setup.
